El HOJALDRE DE TOMATES CHERRY CON SARDINILLAS, es  una receta a la que recurro muchas veces cuando tengo poco tiempo y porque es muy versátil y muy fácil de preparar.

Tanto con sardinillas como en este caso como con mozzarela, albahaca, con aceitunas verdes o negras, o con lo que tengas en la nevera o la despensa o simplemente con lo que más te guste, tendrás un entrante o una cena rápida y deliciosa.

Para preparar este hojaldre salado necesitaras.


1 placa de hojaldre casera o ya preparada.

1 cajita de tomates cherry.

1-2 latas de sardinas en aceite de oliva.

1-2 cucharadas de mantequilla.

1 cucharada de aceite de oliva.

Sal, pimienta negra.


Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados con calor arriba y abajo.

En una sartén, ponemos a derretir la mantequilla junto con la cucharada de aceite, para que no se nos queme.

Una vez derretida añadimos los tomates , salpimentamos y los cocinamos unos minutos hasta que empiecen a soltar un poco de su jugo.

Retiramos del fuego.

En un molde o simplemente sobre un papel de hornear en una bandeja del horno, extendemos la masa de hojaldre y enrollamos toda la orilla un poco para formar un borde más alto.

Pinchamos con un tenedor para que no suba la masa.

Repartimos los tomates por toda la base.

Abrimos las latas de sardinas, las escurrimos y con los dedos vamos troceándolas y colocándolas en los huecos que dejan los tomates.

Regamos con la mantequilla y el jugo y lo llevamos al horno.



Acompáñalo con una ensalada verde y aprovecha el aceite de las sardinas para preparar una sabrosa vinagreta.
