
LUBINA CON SEMILLAS DE MOSTAZA
La LUBINA CON SEMILLAS DE MOSTAZA, es otra receta de pescado facilita, con un sabor especial, sencilla y rápida de preparar.
Para preparar esta receta necesitaremos:
INGREDIENTES PARA LA LUBINA CON SEMILLAS DE MOSTAZA
1 pieza de lubina por comensal.
Aceite de oliva.
1-2 dientes de ajo.
1 ramillete de perejil.
Sal.
2-3 cucharadas de semillas de mostaza, al gusto.
PREPARACIÓN
Para preparar la LUBINA CON SEMILLAS DE MOSTAZA, en primer lugar debemos limpiar el pescado.
Sacar los lomos sin espinas y sin vísceras.
Pídele a tu pescadero que lo haga por ti si no es lo tuyo, yo según que pescado sea también lo pido y este es uno de ellos.
A continuación, pondremos a precalentar el horno a 180 grados con calor arriba y abajo.
Seguidamente pondremos el pescado sobre una bandeja forrada con papel de horno, así de paso nos ahorramos limpiar un poco.
En un mortero, colocaremos el ajo y el perejil con un poco de sal, para que nos facilite la tarea sin que nos bailen los ajos dentro del mortero. Procedemos a moler hasta que quede bien picadito.
Con una cuchara repartiremos el picadillo sobre las lubinas.
A continuación regaremos cada pieza con un chorrito de aceite de oliva.
En una sartén pequeña, tostamos un poco las semillas de mostaza para que aumente su sabor y su aroma y las repartiremos por encima del pescado.
Metemos la bandeja en el horno y lo dejamos cocinar durante 10-15 minutos según el tamaño de las piezas y del punto que os guste el pescado.
A nosotros nos gusta menos hecho, pero para gustos colores.
Y ya está la LUBINA CON SEMILLAS DE MOSTAZA.
Resulta sabroso y con el puntito de sabor y de crujiente que le aportan las semillas, queda perfecto.
El acompañamiento es a elegir, una ensalada de brotes tiernos, o algún puré, en fin cada uno con lo que más le apetezca.
