En primer lugar, el  AJO GRANULADO, proviene de la deshidratación y la molienda del ajo.

Además, este ha sido utilizado desde la antigüedad, tanto por griegos y romanos,  como por chinos en la cocina, y por supuesto,  por sus beneficios para la salud.

Hay registros que documentan las propiedades curativas del ajo, desde hace más de 5000 años.

 

PROPIEDADES

 

El AJO GRANULADO goza de una gran fama, tanto  por su sabor y aroma como por sus propiedades.

A su vez, constantemente utilizado en la cocina mediterránea.

En primer lugar, posee un compuesto antioxidante y rico en azufre, conocido como alicina.

Al mismo tiempo, este compuesto, lo convierte en un sustituto natural de muchos medicamentos.

Además, este antioxidante ayuda a combatir el daño y  con ello, el envejecimiento celular.

También puede ayudar a prevenir y mejorar enfermedades como el Alzheimer y la demencia.
