CEBOLLA MOLIDA
La CEBOLLA MOLIDA, es el resultado de deshidratar las cebollas y una vez secas, reducirlas a pedacitos crujientes.
A su vez, este procedimiento le confiere un intenso sabor concentrado, que sustituye a la cebolla fresca en cualquier preparación, sin tener que pelarlas, cortarlas, ni llorar.
Al mismo tiempo, brinda una buena sazón el cualquier receta que se utilice.
Además de tener un excelente aroma y sabor, también posee las propiedades de la cebolla.
PROPIEDADES
En primer lugar, tiene un sabor muy intenso, pero al mismo tiempo, tiene muy poca cantidad de sal, lo que lo convierte en un sustituto de la sal.
Puede ayudar para reducir el riesgo de padecer de presión arterial alta y disfrutar de una buena salud cardiovascular.
También es rica en calcio, un nutriente necesario para mantener una buena salud tanto ósea como bucal.
La CEBOLLA MOLIDA, a su vez, tiene un contenido muy bajo en grasas y calorías.
También es rica en potasio, de suma relevancia y que ayuda a regular la presión arterial.
Otras funciones como la digestión, la contracción muscular y el ritmo cardíaco necesitan también del potasio y la cebolla molida es una forma sencilla de aportarlo.
Por último, su contenido en magnesio, a pesar de no ser alto, es de una gran ayuda para nuestra salud ósea, también para el sistema inmune y la función muscular.
USOS DE LA CEBOLLA MOLIDA
Para empezar, es un saborizante natural con el que podrás añadir un toque a todos los platos salados que se te ocurran, queda bien con todo.
También puedes preparar deliciosos aliños para ensaladas, además de salsas, por supuesto, añadida a tortillas.
Al mismo tiempo, también es un excelente condimento para la cocina vegetariana.
Por otro lado, pruébalo en rebozados junto con el pan rallado, condimentar carnes y pescados, para preparar adobos.
Espolvoreado sobre sopas y caldos, asados, cocidos, potajes.
Por último, con ella puedes crear tantas combinaciones como te permita tu imaginación.
Puedes mezclarla con otras especias, con ajo deshidratado, con pimentón, pimienta…
