CONDIMENTO PAELLA
El CONDIMENTO PAELLA, es una mezcla de especias que facilita la preparación, al estar todo molido y mezclado.
Se utilizan tanto para dar color como para dar sabor bien sea a paellas como a cualquier receta de arroz o guiso que se necesite.
Aunque la paella valenciana solo lleva azafrán en hebras y pimentón dulce para dar color, sabor y aroma al arroz, esta mezcla es muy utilizada por su comodidad en el uso.
Está compuesto por un colorante alimentario, pimentón dulce, pimienta blanca, laurel y clavo.
PROPIEDADES
En primer lugar está el pimentón dulce, aporta color, aroma y sabor a la mezcla además de vitaminas A, B1, B2, B3, B6, E, y más vitamina C que los cítricos.
También minerales, como el calcio, magnesio, fósforo y potasio.
Además, todos estos nutrientes favorecen la formación de colágeno, huesos y dientes.
A su vez, refuerza el sistema inmunitario, alivia el dolor de artritis y reuma.
Es un potente antioxidante.
En segundo lugar está la pimienta blanca, la cual es aperitiva y digestiva, también regula los niveles de colesterol y de azúcar en la sangre.
También un excelente antioxidante, es antiinflamatoria y además es antiséptica.
Al mismo tiempo, mejora la circulación sanguínea.
En tercer lugar tenemos el laurel, es una especia aromática muy digestiva, con propiedades carminativas y también es una gran ayuda para la salud del hígado.
Al mismo tiempo es muy aconsejable para prevenir o tratar tanto gripes como resfriados, por sus propiedades expectorantes.
Por vía externa es un excelente fungicida.
Mejora la circulación sanguínea.
Y por último el clavo de olor, este posee un aceite esencial llamado eugenol, posee propiedades que ayudan en la coagulación de la sangre, evitando así problemas cardiovasculares.
También tiene propiedades anestésicas, antiespasmódicas, analgésicas, anti bacterias y estimulantes.
USOS DEL CONDIMENTO DE PAELLA
Con esta mezcla de especias CONDIMENTO PARA PAELLA, se puede aportar sabor, color y aroma a todos los platos de arroz que se nos pueda ocurrir, tanto caldosos como arroces secos.
A su vez, queda perfecto en arroces de pescado y de mariscos, de carnes y aves, verduras y hortalizas o de lo que nos apetezca en el momento.
También se puede utilizar para elaborar caldos, sopas o un consomé.
IMPORTANTE
Puede contener trazas de apio, mostaza, sésamo y frutos cáscara.
