Descripción
JENGIBRE MOLIDO
El JENGIBRE MOLIDO , es el resultado de la molienda de la raíz de la planta llamada Zingiber officinale.
El tallo es un rizoma subterráneo muy apreciado por su aroma y por su sabor picante.
Es originario de los bosques lluviosos tropicales del sur de Asia. Fue una de las primeras especias exportadas de Oriente.
Llegó a Europa durante el comercio de especias y fue usado tanto por los antiguos griegos como por los romanos.
PROPIEDADES
El rizoma está compuesto tanto por carbohidratos como por fibra, proteína y grasa.
A su vez es muy rico en vitaminas tales como la C y vitaminas B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 y B9 y E.
También es una buena fuente de minerales como el calcio, hierro, manganeso, sodio y zinc.
El JENGIBRE MOLIDO, añadido a infusiones se utiliza para tratar afecciones gastrointestinales, tales como cólicos, diarreas, inapetencia e indigestión, además de flatulencias y náuseas.
Al mismo tiempo, se utilizan del mismo modo para afecciones respiratorias como asma, bronquitis, amigdalitis, catarro o fiebre y además gripe, ronquera, tos, tos ferina.
Además es una gran ayuda contra la gota, la dismenorrea y el reumatismo.
Se le atribuyen propiedades afrodisíacas, analgésica y antihistamínica, a su vez, antitusivas, aperitivas, astringentes, digestivas, también carminativas, tónicas, sudoríficas y expectorantes.
Por otro lado previene enfermedades cardiovasculares y favorece la circulación sanguínea.
El JENGIBRE MOLIDO, evita la inflamación de los vasos sanguíneos además, previene y trata las migrañas.
También baja los niveles de ansiedad, siendo una buena ayuda contra el estrés y en la conciliación del sueño.
Es una una especia muy recomendable para deportistas ya que les ayuda a relajar los músculos después del ejercicio.
USOS DEL JENGIBRE MOLIDO
El JENGIBRE MOLIDO se utiliza tanto en platos salados como dulces.
Para cremas de verduras, les dará un puntito diferente.
En aliños de ensaladas, mezclado con hierbas y otras especias.
También paraañadir en cualquier infusión, alegra el sabor.
A su vez, queda muy bien en guisos tanto de aves como de pescados y mariscos.
Resulta delicioso en carnes de cordero
Con el JENGIBRE MOLIDO, puedes aromatizar galletas, bizcochos, bebidas y también pasteles.
Por último, espolvoreado sobre un yogur, en mermeladas o ensaladas de frutas.
