La MEZCLA PINCHOS ROJOS es una mezcla de especias especialmente concebida  para macerar carne, pescados, mariscos o verduras, con la que preparar unos deliciosos pinchitos rojos.

 

INGREDIENTES

 

La mezcla para pinchos rojos se compone de:

Pimentón dulce, Comino, Cilantro, Jengibre, Nuez Moscada molida, Pimienta negra, Cayena molida y Cebolla molida.

 

PROPIEDADES

 

En primer lugar tenemos al pimentón dulce, uno de los condimentos más tradicionales en la cocina española.

Posee un sabor y aroma a pimientos rojos inigualable, sin tonos picantes.

La MEZCLA PINCHOS ROJOS nos aporta mucha vitamina C, E, A B1, B2, B3 Y B6 además de minerales como el fósforo, magnesio, potasio y calcio.

En segundo lugar viene el comino, en su justa cantidad, ya que esta especia posee un sabor muy aromático, sutilmente amargo y picante, cálido, así como un olor penetrante y dulzón, es muy invasivo, por lo que se utiliza en pequeñas cantidades.

Nos ayuda a evitar la formación de gases, es antiparasitario, antibacteriano y posee un alto poder diurético.

En tercer lugar tenemos el Cilantro, al igual que el comino en su justa medida, sin pasarse para no invadir toda la mezcla con su particular sabor.

Además  de antiinflamatorio, posee  propiedades antisépticas, facilitan la digestión y evita el estreñimiento.

En cuarta posición está el jengibre, con su característico sabor fresco, cítrico y picante le da un punto espectacular a esta MEZCLA PINCHOS ROJOS.

Además nos alivia el dolor reumático y menstrual, también nos ayuda ayuda con el mareo y el vértigo . Es ideal para aliviar resfriados por su acción expectorante.

En quinto lugar viene la Nuez moscada molida,  con un sabor cítrico, picante, dulce y muy aromático que combina perfectamente en esta mezcla.

A parte de esto, nos ayuda a tener una buena salud cardiovascular y una correcta circulación sanguínea.

En sexto lugar, la Pimienta negra, nos ofrece un intenso sabor fresco, poco picante y un aroma intenso.

Al tiempo que nos proporciona sus propiedades digestivas y aperitivas, antiséptica y antioxidante y nos regula el colesterol.

Esta MEZCLA PINCHOS ROJOS  también contiene Cayena molida, con un intenso sabor picante debido a la capsaicina, que nos proporciona sensación de calor al ingerirla.

Nos estimula la circulación sanguínea y la digestión, tiene efectos analgésicos y antibacteriano.

Por último tenemos a la Cebolla molida, con su intenso sabor y aroma y sin perder todas sus propiedades prebióticas, digestivas, diurética y antioxidante.

 

USOS DE LA MEZCLA PARA PINCHOS ROJOS

 

La MEZCLA PINCHOS ROJOS se utiliza para macerar la carne, el pescado, el marisco, las verduras que vayamos a usar para preparar pinchitos.

Para ello podemos mezclar un par de cucharadas de la mezcla, con un poco de agua y de aceite.

Repartir por toda la carne y dejar reposar durante unas horas en el frigorífico.

 

IMPORTANTE

 

Puede contener trazas de apio, mostaza, sésamo y frutos cáscara.
