ROMERO MOLIDO
El ROMERO MOLIDO, proviene de la planta Rosmarinus Officinallis. Esta planta es originaria del Mediterráneo.
El romero ya lo utilizaban los egipcios, se conoce por sus escritos y ya se aprovechaban todas sus bondades, tanto en la cocina como en cosmética e higiene.
Se trata de una planta melífera, es decir las abejas la polinizan y con ella hacen miel,. Gracias a esto, el romero se propaga en grandes extensiones.
Además de su sabor y su aroma en la cocina, el ROMERO MOLIDO, tiene muchísimas propiedades para nuestra salud.
PROPIEDADES
El ROMERO MOLIDO infusionado es muy beneficioso para nuestra salud digestiva.
También se utiliza para aliviar el dolor de cabeza y para combatir el cansancio.
Tiene propiedades antibióticas y antisépticas.
Es diurética, ayudando al cuerpo a eliminar líquidos retenidos y toxinas.
Es un depurativo para el hígado, mejorando su funcionamiento.
Ayuda a regular la diabetes.
Alivia el dolor producido por inflamación, reduciendo la hinchazón y el malestar.
Mejora la circulación sanguínea, evitando la formación de trombos.
USOS DEL ROMERO MOLIDO
Esta planta se puede utilizar de distintas formas de prepararlo.
En infusiones, colocar una cucharada de romero en agua hirviendo, tapar y dejar reposar unos 5-10 minutos.
De forma tópica, el ROMERO MOLIDO se utiliza como aceite esencial, extraído de su planta.
Su principal compuesto es el ácido rosmarinico, del que salen todas sus bondades.
Es el resultado de la destilación de sus flores y sus hojas.
En la piel ayuda a cicatrizar heridas o acné. En masajes para aliviar el dolor muscular, por sus propiedades antiinflamatorias.
Para tratar la caspa. Fortalece el cuero cabelludo.
Es un buen antiséptico.
Ayuda para la memoria estimulando la actividad mental y mejorando la concentración.
Inhalar el aceite de romero alivia dolores de cabeza y la tensión acumulada. tiene un efecto relajante,
Es un antioxidante importante, por lo que es aconsejable para prevenir o retrasar el envejecimiento de las células, nuestra piel y nuestro cabello saldrán muy beneficiados. Tiene un sabor que recuerda a montaña, un poco amargo y astringente
En la cocina, el romero fresco o seco es un aromática que combina casi con toda clase de carnes, en cordero o en carnes de caza queda perfecto.
Para sazonar verduras, tanto al vapor como en salteados o cocidas.
En vinagretas y aliños para ensaladas.
